ISA Certified Appraisers

The O'Neals are Certified, Accredited Members of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). This designation ensures that the ISA member has completed the Core Course in Appraisal Studies and has satisfactorily completed the fundamental requirements of appraisal theory and methodology.  Clients should independently confirm competency of the appraiser in any declared specialty.
